Where is Winter Plum Cakery located?

I am a Cottage Baker, therefore I bake out of my personal kitchen.


Are you ServSafe Certified?

Yes, I am ServSafe Certified.


Do you offer pickup or delivery?

I offer both. If you opted for a Pickup, address will be provided after the order has been finalized. Delivery within a 15 mile radius has a 7.50 delivery fee. Outside of the 15 mile radius has an additional fee and will be determined before the order is finalized.


Can I have my order shipped?

Per Cottage Bakery laws in Georgia, I am not legally allowed to ship any of my desserts.


Does Winter Plum Cakery donate to Charitable Organizations?

Yes.


Do you offer refunds?

No. Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not issued.


What if there is an issue with the order?

Every order will come with a sample of your order. Please notify me within 10 hours of your pickup or delivery if there is an issue. If an issue with your order has been determined, a partial or complete refund will be issued. For a refund to be issued, the product has to be returned.

What happens after there is an issue with my order?

I will replace your order and/or issue a refund. Desserts are meant to bring joy! I will do everything I can to ensure your satisfaction.


Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, I offer custom orders! What can I make for you?


don’t have a custom order, but I would like to order an item not on your menu. Is this possible?

You can request an item and I can bake the request.


Do you offer Sugar Cookies with Royal Icing?

At this moment, I do not. Next Spring I will offer Royal Cookies.


Are there items you don’t offer?

Yes, I currently do not offer dairy free or gluten free desserts
